Welcome to Classy Detailing & Refinishing LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website Classydetails.com or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services
Classy Detailing & Refinishing LLC provides mobile and/or on-site automotive detailing, refinishing, and related services. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, vehicle condition, and location accessibility.
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe working conditions, excessive biohazards, or misrepresentation of vehicle condition.
2. Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or by text.
Arrival times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior jobs.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
To respect scheduled time and preparation, appointments exceeding $100 that are cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to $75, based on the service selected.
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future service.
4. Pricing & Payments
Prices listed are starting prices and may increase based on vehicle size, condition, or additional services requested.
Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, card, and other approved payment methods.
Failure to pay may result in additional fees or collection actions.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Remove personal items before service
Disclose known vehicle issues (leaks, electrical problems, aftermarket parts, etc.)
Ensure access to keys, vehicle, and service location
Inform us of any concerns immediately after service completion
We are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.
6. Satisfaction & Corrections
Customer satisfaction is important to us. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address valid issues but do not offer refunds for completed services unless required by law.
7. Damage & Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, paint defects, worn interiors, or mechanical issues.
We are not liable for damage caused by faulty parts, aftermarket modifications, or fragile materials.
Any claims must be reported immediately upon discovery.
Our liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the service provided.
8. Weather Policy
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions. We are not liable for weather-related delays.
9. Photos & Marketing
By using our services, you grant Classy Detailing & Refinishing LLC permission to take photos or videos of your vehicle for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes unless you notify us otherwise in writing.
10. Website Use
You agree not to:
Use our website for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
Copy or misuse content, branding, or intellectual property
All website content is owned by Classy Detailing & Refinishing LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
