Service Agreement

Effective Date: December 1, 2025

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Classy Detailing & Refinishing LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the customer (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) upon booking or receiving services from us.

By scheduling, approving, or allowing services to be performed, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services Provided

Classy Detailing & Refinishing LLC provides professional automotive detailing, refinishing, and related vehicle care services. Services may be performed at our location, the client’s location (mobile service), or another agreed-upon site.

All services are cosmetic in nature and do not restore vehicles to “like new” condition unless specifically stated in writing.

2. Vehicle Condition & Disclosure

Client agrees to disclose, prior to service, any known issues including but not limited to:

  • Paint defects or prior repairs

  • Aftermarket modifications

  • Electrical or mechanical issues

  • Fragile materials or damaged components

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues that worsen due to normal service processes.

3. Mobile Service Acknowledgment

For services performed at the client’s location:

  • The client is responsible for ensuring safe, legal, and reasonable access to the vehicle

  • The service area must be free of hazards

  • Weather and environmental conditions may affect scheduling or results

We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

4. Results & Expectations

Client understands that:

  • Results vary based on vehicle condition, age, and wear

  • Certain stains, scratches, odors, oxidation, or defects may not be fully removable

  • No guarantees are made beyond the scope of the purchased service

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services

  • Final pricing may change if vehicle condition differs from what was disclosed

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Failure to pay may result in additional fees or collection efforts

6. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling

  • To respect scheduled time and preparation, appointments exceeding $100 that are cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to $75, based on the service selected.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future services

7. Inspection & Satisfaction

Client agrees to inspect the vehicle promptly upon service completion.
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address valid issues. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion or when required by law.

8. Damage & Liability

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear

  • We are not liable for damage caused by faulty parts, prior repairs, or aftermarket installations

  • Any claim must be reported immediately upon discovery

If liability is established, it is limited to the cost of the service performed.

9. Personal Property

Client is responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to items left inside the vehicle.

10. Photos & Media

Client grants Classy Detailing & Refinishing LLC permission to photograph or record the vehicle before, during, or after service for documentation and marketing purposes unless the client opts out in writing prior to service.

11. Weather & Delays

Services may be delayed, paused, or rescheduled due to weather, equipment issues, traffic, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by such circumstances.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States and the state in which services are provided, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Acceptance

By booking or allowing services to be performed, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Service Agreement in full.
